Since joining the Public Offering Regime, the Company has prepared an annual report for submission to the CNV on the level of compliance with the Corporate Governance Code and the application of the principles and recommended practices established by CNV Resolution No. 797/2019. This report is reviewed and approved annually by the Board of Directors.
