The Company’s Board of Directors has adopted the ECOGAS Group Integrity Program, whose Code of Conduct is its core regulatory framework. These documents comply with Law No. 27,401 on Corporate Criminal Liability and its regulations, as per Executive Order No. 277/2018, Resolution No. 27/2018 of the Anti-Corruption Office, and other related and complementary regulations.
These documents set out behavioral guidelines for various situations where ethical or conduct issues may arise, incorporating diversity and gender perspectives for the ECOGAS Group.
