The Company’s main assets are its equity stakes in Distribuidora de Gas del Centro S.A. and Distribuidora de Gas Cuyana S.A.
In this regard, considering ECOGAS’s role as a holding company, this section summarizes the first Sustainability Report of its controlled operating companies (Distribuidora de Gas del Centro S.A. and Distribuidora de Gas Cuyana S.A.), which outlines their ESG (environmental, social, and governance) impacts, covering the period from January 1 to December 31, 2024.
The report was prepared using the GRI Standards as a reference, in accordance with their principles of accuracy, clarity, balance, completeness, verifiability, and, when possible, comparability. Management decisions were also analyzed in alignment with the United Nations (UN) Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
